At the entrance of campus, the McEwen Science Building lawn offers one of Queens University’s most polished landscapes. Signature Cherry Grove
The Yoshino and flowering cherry trees that line Queens Hall and the Evans Clock Tower Lawn provide an iconic canopy across campus. Their long leaf season brings year-round beauty – and daily upkeep. SSC teams handle ongoing cleanup and adjust furniture placement to protect turf, keeping these beloved spaces ready for outdoor classes and gatherings.
