Clear the List 2023 | Supporting Teachers in a New Academic Year

September 13, 2023

We understand the important role that teachers play in the growth and development of our students. In recognition of their dedication to educating the next generation of engineers, dancers, entrepreneurs, environmentalists, artists and leaders, SSC Services for Education is committed to helping Clear the Lists of educators in the communities we live, work and play in.

In 2021, we had the opportunity to clear the wish lists of six teachers in Knoxville, TN, where our corporate office is located. In 2022, we expanded our efforts to sponsor 10 classrooms in Knoxville, as well as six first-year teachers at our partner schools.

This year, we are excited to share that we have expanded our efforts even further. In addition to supporting 12 classrooms where our associates’ children will learn this year, and 11 teachers at our partner schools, we have also cleared the lists of 7 teachers who are relatives of our Knoxville office associates. This year’s totals include 30 classrooms, with a total investment of over $10,000, given directly to teachers who are making an impact.
