Efficient Operations

We are always looking for ways to improve efficiency throughout our operations. One of our most recent innovations is the launch of a fleet of autonomous floor scrubbers, mowers, and robotic field painters at many of our partner schools. Autonomous equipment safely operates utilizing sensors, artificial intelligence, and other technology. Each robot in our fleet makes our processes more efficient, allowing our associates the time and capacity to focus on tasks that require more skilled care.

Next-Generation Technology

EDUware, SSC’s proprietary software, provides a holistic approach to people, spaces, equipment, and operating systems. This technology pairs our industry-leading processes with a digital nerve center that puts the power of facilities management into the palm of your hands.

EDUware provides remote monitoring and control of multiple buildings, equipment, and services while delivering maintenance, operational, and energy efficiencies. With real-time alerting, our alarm management will allow triage for optimized care and analytics.

Step 1:

Ozone molecules (O3) are diffused into the water.

Step 2:

The extra oxygen atom from the ozone molecule attacks and destroys contaminants.

Step 3:

After direct oxidation and destruction of the cell, only oxygen (o2)  and water (h2o) are left behind.

We are doing our part to ensure a healthy planet and provide green schools for generations of students to come. With our impact on local and global environments in focus, our team puts their experience and knowledge to work to curate a customized sustainability program for our education partners.

One of our approaches is utilizing onsite generation of Aqueous Ozone (AO) which allows us to create the most effective, natural cleaning and deodorizing solution for all-surface cleaning. AO combines plain tap water, oxygen, and electricity into an easy-to-use, no-rinse application to quickly clean surfaces and remove odors.
